Batch content creation – save time and feel smug!

From professional images to flatlays, quotes and tips to videos and Reels, this podcast is packed with tips and tricks to help you create your content in an efficient and streamlined manner, to help you save time, create better content, and let’s be honest, feel pretty smug. And that is a lovely feeling when it comes to social media!

It can feel like an enormous amount of work to do when you start to think about how much content you need to be consistent on social media, can’t it? But the truth is that if you’re a little bit canny, you can create the images and graphics you need as the foundation for everything else you do in a really efficient manner, as discussed in the podcast.

For example…

Do you use flatlays to show new products or to visually show what you do through highlighting the tools of your trade? Clear a window of time, get all your props and products together, and get creating. Take one flatlay from multiple different angles, add and remove products and repeat. You can use these on their own as flatlays, but they can also be great as the background for quotes and tips, for example.

If you can, getting a professional shoot done (and obviously obtaining the correct permission to use the digital files) can provide you with a whole lot of high quality content that is ready to go with no extra effort from you. And you can use these images more than once. Just spread them out a bit…

For quotes and tips, spend some time getting ‘in the zone’ as that’s generally when the best things happen. You can also use your notes section to jot down ideas around both of these before you head to Canva, Wordswag, or whatever software you use to create your masterpieces.

If you produce videos- long or short form- thing about doing these in batches too. This means you don’t have to tidy your office every five minutes, but also means that if you like to do your hair a certain way/apply make up/etc, you’re cutting down on the prep time too.

These are just a few ideas- there are lots more in this episode of the Small & Supercharged Podcast. Listen above or why not subscribe on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you tune in? Enjoy!
