Equestrian Business Coaching and Mentoring
What is Equestrian Business Coaching and Mentoring? Is it for me?
One of the ways that you can work with me is through my rural and equestrian business coaching and mentoring service.
Some people like the idea of coaching, some the idea of consultancy… and some aren’t quite sure what I do. And I understand that, it’s varied and depends on your needs. So, here’s a bit of a guide. My coaching and consultancy service could help you if…
- You run your own business or are thinking of launching a business
- You have an equestrian, canine or country business. This seems specific but the vast majority of my clients work in these industries – from country clothing to jewellery, collars and leads to bridlework… and everything in between. I do work with businesses unconnected to these industries, but generally…
- You want your business to thrive and grow, whatever the climate.
- You want help promoting your business to your target market
- You’re interested in featuring in magazines and on websites that fit your demographic
- You want to utilise your social media better, to promote your business, gain loyalty, build a following and sell. And you want to do this the right way, working with someone who has a proven track record, is a #SheMeansBusiness accredited trainer, and also a Facebook Certified Lead Trainer.
- You’re looking for a team player to help you achieve your business goals
- You’re looking for a marketing, social media and award winning PR expert who has earned their stripes (and a few Facebook Blueprint Certifications too)
- You’re looking for someone who respects the value of money, understands how hard you’ve worked for it, and wants to make any spend on marketing deliver a superb ROI
- You’re happy to put in the work. This isn’t a done for you service – we work together
- You want to work with someone who’s really well connected and can find you brands to collaborate with and publications/websites/bloggers to work with
- You’re open to new ideas
- You want to develop your content marketing strategy
- You’re looking to utilise free PR opportunities to help further your business
How does business coaching and mentoring work for an equestrian or rural business?
Now, some people want help with one aspect of their business and each session we focus on that, like a social media and content plan month on month.
If you’re interested on finding out a bit more information and you’d like to find out about how we could work together, please get in touch. I will ‘warn’ you though, these are or an application only basis. I work with a number of equestrian and rural businesses, but I am also very aware of how much I want to be able to help and support these brands, and as such, I do keep coaching and mentoring numbers fairly small, and there’s often a waiting list. Also, please note that people I coach and mentor on an ongoing basis are in my Mastermind group. Why? Well, because there’s a LOT of valuable trainings and more inside the Small & Supercharged Mastermind group, having this foundation means that when we are having a session, we can get into the nitty gritty.
If you’re looking for an equestrian business coach, to help you grow your equestrian business, increase your visibility, work with likeminded people and more, then please do send me an email and tell me all about you.
What if I’m a larger equestrian business and I need a bit of help with my social media, PR or marketing plan?
Of course, it’s not just small businesses I can help. I’ve worked with medium and large equestrian and country businesses too, both in house and as a consultant, working alongside the marketing team as a consultant, to help them maximise what they’re doing.
And one more thing before I leave you. Working with a coach or a consultant doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. Not at all. My clients are incredibly talented people and know what they do inside and out… and do it incredibly well. I like to think I am the same… when it comes to anything connected to PR, marketing, social media and content marketing. As you design new products and try and test new formulations, I research, learn, read and test new things and perfect what I do, so I can pass this on for my clients. I have great relationships with the editors of a wide range of magazines and my monthly coaching clients have access to these people. Equestrian business coaching helps you uplevel and improve, perfect what you do, push yourself, form new connections and grow. Who doesn’t want that?
